In case of any damages, your responsibility is limited to a maximum of Rs 20,000 and any downtime losses, up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. This applies regardless of the nature or terms of the insurance cover that NCRDrive has for the cars.

Please be aware that this maximum liability policy is designed to safeguard responsible users. However, in cases of irresponsible, unsafe, or negligent usage, there may be discretionary exceptions to this policy. In such situations, the user could be held liable for all damages, regardless of whether company can claim insurance
Examples include:

Driving under the influence of alcohol/narcotics

Over speeding ( driving at speed above the set speed limit by NHAI)

Violating traffic rules or the Motor Vehicles Act

Allowing someone else to drive the vehicle without booking

Consequential damage due to continued driving despite abnormalities

Overloading the car beyond its capacity

Submitting false information in license or ID proof

Evidence of extremely reckless Driving
If the estimated damage charges exceed the security deposit, the user will be asked to pay the difference upon returning the car. Failure to pay may result in legal action or reporting to credit bureaus and authorities.
Unused hours in case of an accident will not be refunded
Please note - Any pre-existing issues with the car noticed by the user after delivery must be reported within the first 100 kilometers or 2 hours of delivery. Later reports will be considered as arising during the user's trip, and relevant charges will apply.
Towing and impounding charges in cases of collision or user failure are the user's responsibility. In cases of vehicle mechanical failure, company covers these charges.
